Apt also has main bathroom, kitchen, living area (dining room, tv room) & another terrace, abd laundry room.

Beautiful tiny townhouse, located in the old town of Pićna. It is adapted for guests who want to stay longer, but also to guests who have traveled to explore Istria. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a lounge area with a TV, and an open fireplace. Upstairs, a steep staircase climbs a hallway that divides two bedrooms. There is a french bed with closets and other equipment as well as a room with two separate single beds.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

On the other side of the hallway is the bathroom with shower and toilet. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the entire stay. For a nice breakfast, aperitif or just relaxing, you can relax outside under the patio, where of course you can smoke.
