Great place to stay, great host. 10/10 would recommend.

The property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean, very quiet and peaceful location, comfortable beds, and well equipped. The breakfast tray was much appreciated. The local village shop was good for all essential food items. Tracey was always quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. We have no hesitation in recommending the property and we would love to stay there again!

Karen is a top host. Karen made sure we could drop our bags off earlier. We really appreciated that. The house is situated centrally and that was just what we wanted. The bonus was how quiet is was at the back of the property. It was lovely to hear the birds in the morning. The house really is querky, and stylish and the welcome was warm. We will go here again.

Throughout our stay the communication with Susan was first class. Immediately after booking we received detailed instructions to reach, and access, the property and also of what to expect once we got there. The Loft is situated in a quiet country setting. The Loft was superb, it was spotlessly clean throughout and everything looked new. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, a really nice touch was the Espresso coffmachine. We were able to make te andcoffee on our arrival and provided with breakfast for the next morning. The living and dining areas lwere very comfortable with modern decor. We used the free wifi and Netfix provided. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and a wonderful shower. I loved the gadgets in the house especially the touch pads on the walls which operated the temperature, lights and external door. This is easily of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at.

Immaculate property, extremely clean and fresh throughout. Quality sofas, bed, brand new carpets throughout high end furnishing, towels etc. personally for us would have preferred the key left in lock box, felt strange knowing owner on site, meant we didn’t feel as relaxed. The rule of not eating at all in lounge a huge problem for us, as never experienced this. A dining table in lounge would have been a great idea. I felt this made us naughty even to eat a snack was wrong in the lounge. Didn’t feel like a home comfort, made us feel on edge. Pillows soft feather, extreme high quality but sadly gave us both neck ache. Bedding & towels smelt divine! Breakfast included on listing was a little vague so didn’t know what it entailed fully. We received 2x pastry on arrival, small 1/2 loaf sourdough, cereal, butter & jam portions, tea, coffee and milk. I wasn’t sure if more pastries would be arrive each morning as we stayed 3 nights, but didn’t. Enjoyed stay overall. Thanks. Beautiful home!

Carole and Michael are delightful hosts. When I arrived they were welcoming and helpful. The rooms are in immaculate order in a peaceful and tranquil part of Peterborough. Highly recommended.

The Annex is a lovely, peaceful place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir. Joanna was the perfect host - on hand if I needed her but completely respecting my privacy during my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place has a very homely feel to it. I fell in love with the free-roaming chickens (and their eggs!) and I will definitely go back to see them in the future.

I loved my two nights at this charming place. it's right in the centre of the beautiful village and one minute from the Nevill Arms - a fabulous village pub/restaurant/hotel. I was there to walk the St Morrell's Round pilgrimage from Hallaton and this was the perfect base. Frances is a lovely host - highly recommended.

Staying with Ian was effortless, very responsive to messages, central location to the surrounding areas, right next to a pub, and cooks a great breakfast!

This was our second stay at Jay's place and once again our experience was excellent. We had to leave early in the morning and we still received a wonderful breakfast and great hospitality. We highly recommend Carlton Corner B&B - great quality accommodation and a warm welcome.

thank you for a lovely time in your farmhouse, Jo. Very welcoming and accomodating. we took the option of the cooked breakfast which was great. I would happily recommend this accomodation, and if we are coming back to the area I would hope to stay again.

Ruth is friendly & accommodating, especially considering our travelling with our furry companion Mina who thoroughly enjoyed herself, a very good sign. It was both a pleasure & a joy to stay at Ruth's unique & beautiful space, tidy & superbly clean our first time using airbnb, we were made to feel right at home. Can only apologise for the late review. The breakfast on offer perfectly suited my taste & my partner (a none vegetarian) found he integrated easily. Would highly recommend, we much hope to return! =0)

I think I've said it before but its a home away from home. Maggie and Robert are very caring and kind.

I highly recommend this property. It had everything we needed. The host was really responsive and helpful. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.
