Just minutes away from the interstate, this home is located within the golden triangle of Tampa bay, right in the center of Down Town Tampa (20 min), Sarasota(45min) & St. Petersburg(45min), visit 2 of the top 10 beaches in the U.S., Siesta Key and Clearwater Beach. If your looking for a more quiet atmosphere, the Apollo Beach Preserve is 3 miles down the road where you can find a beautiful nature park and enjoy watching dolphins and sting rays in their natural habitat. Also, the manatee viewing center is a must see during the winter months. You can quickly access several restaurants as well as grocery stores located just minutes away. Our townhome is located in the beautiful Carribean style resort of Little Harbor. Resort amenities for you to enjoy are the large swimming pool and hot tub, basketball court, playground, private kayak launch, private beach (beach chairs and umbrella small fee), water toys for rent. Sunset Bar and Grill adjacent to beach and Hooks by pool , all within walking distance. Disney an hour and a half away and Tampa International Airport only 45 mins.
