Located in a quiet and clean neighborhood, walking distance from Strong Memorial Hospital(~7min), University of Rochester(~12min), Mount Hope Cemetery(~2min), and College town (~5min) (we do have some grest restaurants here - Chipotle, Pellegrinos, Moe's, Taichi, Pita, Bunga Burger, insomnia cookies, Texas-de-brazil). 5 min drive to south wedge. 10-15 mins drive from the Rochester international Airport
What guests are saying:“Sreejith's place is nice for a cheap place to stay! The room is simple, with a comfy bed, closet, and desk. You share the upstairs bathroom with Sreejith. Since it's in a condominium, the wall you share with the neighbors is quite thin, and you can easily hear kids running around and sometimes crying during the day. However, it isn't too bad, and you easily get used to it. Sreejith is very hospitable and always made sure we had everything we needed upstairs. We also loved playing with and petting Luna, his sweet and energetic dog! Overall, a great stay with a good location and price.”
My home is close to Mendon Ponds Parks, Eastview Mall and Rochester, art, culture, and parks. You’ll love my home because of the outdoor space, the light, the safe neighborhood, the kitchen, the comfy bed, a personable hostess and friendly, small dogs. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers who appreciate a nice home. A second room with a double bed my be rented for other family members. People from all walks of life are most welcome here.

Beautifully landscaped yard. Quiet residential neighborhood. 4 miles from N.Y. route 90. Three season room and hot tub. No cleaning fee. No pets please. Thanks.

Although when we did get the chance to speak with her, we found she was actually quite interesting, warm-hearted and caring. She even gave us suggestions on fair priced apartments in the area.
