My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had a great time at Anja's place! Located in a former monastery, restored with an incredible amount of love and a sense of detail. The combination of historical charm and modern comfort is really successful – you can feel the history of the place without having to sacrifice amenities. The quiet location is also particularly beautiful: Although the grounds are easily accessible, you can hear absolutely nothing from the street. You are in the middle of nature, overlooking the hills, and yet quickly in Lucca or other excursion destinations. For our two small children it was ideal – plenty of space to play, a fenced garden and numerous opportunities to discover. Anja is a wonderful host: warm, open and with lots of great tips. Not only does she know the region well, but she also has exciting stories about the old monastery. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation!

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

Ilaria was a wonderful host. The house is located on top of a hill, with a huge and very nice garden and wonderful views. Perfect for kids to play.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

An absolute dream in Buti We were lucky enough to spend a few days with Giorgia and her husband – and what can we say? It was just perfect. We were enchanted at the first sight of the house. The beautiful natural stone house is full of history and charm. The surroundings are simply fantastic. The house is quietly and idyllically located in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by olive tree plantations, overlooking wooded hills – a scene like a picture book. Giorgia and her husband are fantastic hosts. From the first moment, they welcomed us with a cordiality that is rarely found. They were always available, helpful, and at the same time reserved – just the right balance. You can feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. Small touches and personal recommendations for the region also enriched our stay. Thank you very much, Giorgia!

Nicola is more than just a host. He was our friend and helper. He responded to all our wishes and concerns in a caring and quick manner. You felt well taken care of. Communication was familiar, uncomplicated and very friendly. We received valuable insider tips from Nicola about the region and spent our stay like locals. On top of that, we were surprised with fresh plums and a bottle of Prosecco. The place is very clean and there is an indescribably cozy atmosphere. Due to the natural stones, the indoor climate is very pleasant. The bed is very comfortable and the mattress well stored. There is plenty of parking on the private property and it is very safe. In general, the property is very well maintained, inviting and well connected. The nearest excellent pasticceria is within walking distance. There are also restaurants. For the next trip to Tuscany, there is no way around Nicola's accommodation.

The perfect location for recharging the batteries and enjoying Tuscany! The house is located in a peaceful village with a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains and is great for visiting the main cities like Lucca, Pisa and Florence. It is also not far from the seaside, which was great to escape from the heat. The whole family felt right away at home and we really enjoyed our week in Tuscany. Thank you so much for having us!

Beautiful house spacious and perfect for 6/8 persines, large outdoor spaces that if you have a pet is great. Very kind host and always available. Would love to go back and highly recommend it!

We were there from May 31 to June 13, 2025. A great stay in a beautiful authentic house, with a pool in the spacious garden. Car was inside the lockable gate. That's nice. Stefania is a friendly and cordial host. She responds very quickly when you send a message. Thank you for that. There is nothing to complain about for us, highly recommended! Maddie and Peter

We had a great week at Giovanna and Antonio's. They are both very nice, helpful and always available for questions. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, very cozy and we felt right at home. The shared garden is beautiful and the pool is great to cool off on a hot day. Lucca is about 10 minutes by car and Pisa and Florence are also easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place. Thanks for the great time :-)

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 N.B. Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sandro and his lovely wife again for the warm welcome! We had a wonderful time in her house! The owners are very friendly and were flexible, despite our last-minute booking. We were greeted personally and said goodbye personally. The two are great landlords! I have 3 large dogs (2 Weimaraners, 1 livestock guardian dog) and it was absolutely no problem to bring them. Of course, my dogs are also well-behaved :) but often in the past I had to experience that other landlords only accept 1 dog or small dogs - here it was absolutely no problem and no prejudice, as often happens to me! I highly recommend this place!!!! The house is very clean & nicely furnished. Thank you very much :) we will be back!

Everything was as expected and better. Lovely home with air conditioning downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful garden in the back and shared swimming pool very close by.
