The penthouse is part of a residential complex in Runhof. 20min walk to Längenfeld or 12min with the bus to Sölden. The bus stop is just 150 meters away. The layout is spacious, with wooden floors, all the way around a balcony and a great south facing terrace. Fantastic views on all sides all year round! The interior is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with spacious 2 pers. beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a a babybed and a washing machine.

Had a very nice week together with my friends in the apartment. It is a beautiful, clean and new house. Close to the village street, ski lifts and supermarket. We enjoyed it. In addition, we had very pleasant contact and the host was quick to respond to my questions.

A modern, three-story building features a combination of black and white facades, with large windows that provide ample natural light. The surrounding grassy landscape includes a wooden fence and rocky elements, creating a blend of natural and architectural elements.

Very nice apartment, newly renovated, spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Very responsive and friendly owner. Only one of the two rooms without a window, but absolutely manageable for a small vacation. The center of Solden and the facilities can be easily reached in 10 minutes by car or bus. I absolutely recommend it for a vacation in Oaztal!

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

We could not praise Klemens more. He is responsive, interactive, friendly and helpful. We already knew Huben very well having stayed at a Gasthof, over many many years, which has now closed. Huben has all that we need of a winter holiday base and Klemens's place will be our accommodation of choice in future.

Dear Maria is one of the most charming women I've ever met. I felt very welcome in her home, she was interested and helped me plan the trips around, brought me coffee and gave me a ride to and from the train station for free, just out of kindness and caring. The house is decorated in a warm and sweet way, the balcony is pleasant and overlooks a great view, and the area is beautiful and not touristy. I'll be back here as soon as I can.

Really great apartment. We stayed there with 4 people and for us it was more than enough space. The location was super quiet and very relaxing and only 20mins away from the lift. Highly recommend it
