The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 square meters). There is free public parking in the area, in front of the studio there are 2 e-charging stations. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via key box.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The beautiful promenade around the bay and the Spree makes it one of the most beautiful places in Berlin. Also ideal for water sports to explore Berlin by boat or paddle board from the water. There is also a good connection by tram (250 m) to the Berlin S-Bahn network. It's a perfect starting point for getting to know Berlin at its best.
