Beautiful large and spacious apartment; very spacious, luxurious, open and cozy ambiance and an inviting atmosphere. Lots of light and coziness. Very luxuriously furnished; with plenty of all utilities available in the kitchen, bathroom. All available appliances and kitchen utensils, dinner cutlery and crockery are brand new and of top quality. The apartment is easy to find and in a very quiet and beautiful area; right in the center of Berlin. Within walking distance of AlexanderPlatz. The sleeping accommodation / beds are of excellent quality. We were really very impressed with the spacious layout, the luxury and the clearly caring design of the owners of this beautiful apartment. It is certainly an RBnB that I want to go back to immediately, if I have to be in Berlin.

Francesco's apartment made us feel right at home. Quiet and warm apartment, by the loche you could not hear a noise. 11 minute walk to bus stop to go to Potsdamer platz, and then it was a direct bus. It is also close to a Sbahn stop. Groceries nearby and reachable. Everything tidy and there was room to leave our things. We really liked it!

Beautiful and very clean apartment in a great neighborhood of Berlin. The lock box was easy to locate and all the instructions were simple to follow. Pawel was kind enough to let us check-in well before the official time of 3pm. Everything you need within a short walk - restaurants, cafes, parks, transportation, groceries, etc. After having a negative experience with my previous Airbnb this felt like an oasis - well maintained, modern, clean and appeared as it was advertised. Thank you for the great stay Pawel!

Perfect apartment to stay for a couple of days. Place was very clean, flexible check-in, nice kitchen and bathroom incl. washing machine. The apartment is located on the ground floor so there's not thaaaat much natural light, but if that doesn't bother you or you don't spend too much time at home (don't!), that's not a problem at all. Also the warm lights make it cozy again! Located in Neukölln very close to the beautiful park (great to run!), close to the Metro as well as the bus station. Don't underestimate the bus lines in Berlin, they're great too! All in all a really great stay, thank you Alex!

Greta's place made us feel right at home for our first time in Berlin. The location is as convenient as it gets - close to the bus and U, lot's of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and grocery stores to stock up. She gave very clear and helpful directions to get to the apt from the airport. Location is bustling, so it isn't the quietest area, but that was not an issue for us whatsoever. Apt is located on the 4th floor, something to note for folks who need something more accessible. She was very communicative with any questions we had and provided us with tons of recommendations around the area. Every little detail around the home made us feel comfortable and cozy for our week long trip, not like in a soulless rental-only Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends who are visiting Berlin!

Beautiful weekend spent with the family in Berlin: the apartment is fantastically located and offers enough space for play and fun with 4 teenagers (billiard room!). There are so many restaurants and cafes around that we hardly cooked ourselves. A clear recommendation and happy to come back!

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

A great appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. A five minute walk brings you to the M4 tram which brings you in about half an hour to Alexanderplatz. For us it was a great place to unwind after visiting the city. The place was very clean and full of charm, and Anke is a great host. In short: great choice to stay for Berlin. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
