The design corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 electric charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, and the surfaces are disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

Deluxe Apartment in Boxi with Vintage Detailing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with twin beds + a living room with a coachbed for two people and a balcony. Kitchen and bath with wash.machine and dryer. The location is great close to Boxhagener Platz. The area has lots of charm and beautiful buildings from the beginning of the 19th century. Simon Dachstrasse is just a 2-minute walk away with cafes, rest. and shops. We have easy selfcheck in - a keybox left of the main entrance door. Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out is latest by 10:00 am.

All interior & furniture is brand new.The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin,right next to the Spree river &the Berlin Wall.Train stations are nearby (5min walk). A real Berlin experience.The apartment has one bedroom (for2) & a sleeping couch in the living area,which is good for 2 as well.Please make yourself at home & feel comfortable!
