Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, and the surfaces are disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

Simon Dachstrasse is just a 2-minute walk away with cafes, rest. and shops. We have easy selfcheck in - a keybox left of the main entrance door. Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out is latest by 10:00 am.
