A brand new building & modern apartment.It has high ceilings (more than 3m high),underfloor heating, ceiling spots,a luxury kitchen &a modern bathroom. All interior & furniture is brand new.The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin,right next to the Spree river &the Berlin Wall.Train stations are nearby (5min walk). A real Berlin experience.The apartment has one bedroom (for2) & a sleeping couch in the living area,which is good for 2 as well.Please make yourself at home & feel comfortable!

Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. The perfect hideaway in the city center.

Our lovely apartment is in an attic of a beautiful house built at the end of XIX century. It is a very bright and modern place with a creative flair. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).

A well-lit bedroom features two individual beds arranged together, with soft linens and pillows. A series of framed artworks adorns the wall above. A large window provides natural light and a view of greenery, while a potted plant adds a touch of nature to the space.
