Les Acacias, cottage** * is located 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from the lakes of Annecy and Bourget and 45 minutes from the ski resorts of Semnoz and Margeriaz. The house is on the side of the mountain, surrounded by greenery and close to hiking trails. The newly renovated 40 m2 apartment with eco-friendly materials is very pleasant and tastefully decorated. In summer, you will take advantage of the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and gliding with two small family ski resorts nearby : Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the plateau du Revard (40 min) for cross-country and hiking. Wooden Tinyhouse, everything was handmade, from the structure to the furniture, with lots of reclaimed materials. Charming, sublime views of the mountains, in a field, with a large sofa,desk, large kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine with a bed and net to go to the terrace, on the roof of the house.
