Guests can relax, soak up the sun, forget daily worries, and unwind in the swimming pool or sauna area. In winter, you can ski or sled directly from the holiday home into the attractive Postwiesen ski area.

A private sauna invites you to recharge. High-speed internet makes working remotely a breeze, ensuring you stay connected and productive throughout your stay.

After a break of about two years, our cozy vacation home is available for booking again and is looking forward to welcoming new guests. The house is ideally located: Neheim's downtown area, with its many restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, is within a few minutes' walking distance. The AIM Convention Center is also very close by and easy to get to. Right outside the front door is the popular Ruhr Valley Bike Path, which offers wonderful cycling routes along the Ruhr.

Experience Ruhr Valley flair in a "mining house." It was built in 1912 and lovingly renovated. Old elements such as plank floors, wooden stairs and cassette doors are still present and offer wonderful old building charm. Other elements, such as the roof and windows, have been renovated and the walls insulated. When we are away, we are happy to provide our family home. It is not an anonymous place to stay, so we would like the facility to be treated with respect and care.

A bus stop is also only 200 meters away. Shopping such as Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann, Tedi and pharmacy, as well as a beverage market are close by. So everything is optimal!

The house is in Wittlaer, this is a sought-after residential area in Düsseldorf. Best transport links by car and public transport such as bus and train to the trade fair and airport.
