From there, you can quickly reach the metropolises of Düsseldorf and Cologne. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of this special place and find the ideal retreat to escape the ordinary.

Sculpture/Painting with Achim

Take it easy at this unique creative getaway. The studio offers plenty of space on 2 levels to unwind. In the lower part, you are directly connected to the cultural landscape. The studio itself displays works by the sculptor Achim Tausch. In the upper area, the Ruhr culture can be felt with its means of transport and the traveling “street art.” This part was used to live the process-oriented part of painting. Occasionally you can still see the traces of the painting.

Our farmhouse was originally a stable many, many years ago. Lovingly expanded and renovated, this cottage convinces with coziness and a feel-good feeling. For one to two people (narrow double bed, a sofa bed). The open beam ceiling lets in air to breathe. The small kitchen has everything you need for self-catering.
