The central location is the perfect starting point for activities in and around Ruhpolding - even without a car. The 35 sqm apartment can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children (up to 12 years old) and is divided into a living-dining area with sofa bed, a separate bedroom and a shower room. There is also a private terrace with an outdoor seating area overlooking the Rauschberg.

On 68 square meters you will find everything for a short break or an extended hiking or cycling holiday. Start your day with breakfast on the fully furnished balcony, or end it on the deck chair in the communal garden. The apartment was partially renovated in winter 2019/20 and is tastefully furnished.
