The apartment offers views of the Chiemgau mountains and is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides and excursions. Grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, restaurants and the train station are approximately 15 minutes away by foot or 3 minutes by car. Ruhpolding is a perfect starting point for excursion destinations such as Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden or Königssee.

Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. The 35 sqm apartment can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children (up to 12 years old) and is divided into a living-dining area with sofa bed, a separate bedroom and a shower room. There is also a private terrace with an outdoor seating area overlooking the Rauschberg.

On 50sqm living you can make yourself comfortable (2 adults, 2 children + baby).

Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
