Modern design loft with fantastic views in a secluded location. The family-friendly and spacious apartment is quietly located between Feldberg and Schluchsee in the spa town of Menzenschwand and was completed in 2024. On 55 square meters, you can expect an accommodation in the Black Forest flair with a lot of love for detail. With a picturesque view of the countryside, you can sit back in our loft and relax. The great location of the property opens up many leisure activities.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

In der näheren Umgebung sind der Schluchsee, Feldberg, Titisee, Rheinfall Schaffhausen und die Schweiz. Der Bodensee ist nach einer Stunde Fahrzeit erreichbar.

The apartment with separate entrance is in the lower part of my beautiful farmhouse. It is perfect located, a 5-minute walk away from the Rhine, 20 minutes by car from Zurich Airport or 30 minutes by car from Zurich Central Station. The nearest S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The apartment is perfect for nature-loving singles and couples. Swimming fun in the Rhine is guaranteed during the summer.

The house with garden is located in Muttenz BL, Switzerland. It is a large double family house and borders directly on Basel. Quiet location not suitable for party/parties or gatherings. Sleeps 1 - 8 people, group or families. The sleeping facilities are located on the 1st and 2nd floor. WC available on each floor. Bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the ground floor is the kitchen and a large living room.

Our modern equipped apartment is located directly in Titisee, only 15 cozy minutes' walk from the lake shore and the lively waterfront. The accommodation is privately managed by us and has its own underground parking space, a small, private sun terrace and a shared sauna in the house. A dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (filter and POD), toaster, egg boiler, kettle and bathtub are part of our basic equipment.
