Semi-detached house - 4 km from the center - with swimming pool in summer and playground with table tennis. One parking space available. . Shopping 5 min walk to Lidl. Public transport to the center of the city 6 min walk. Very easily accessible from the highway. 100m garden path to the house. Well secured. Very accessible - Weimar world culture city with beech forest, Erfurt, Jena with Goethe and Schiller, as well as an environment with lots of greenery and mild climate. Saaleradwanderweg about 500 m away.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment right on the Saale bike path in Rudolstadt! Since we as a young family have not found a suitably equipped apartment for a long time when we came to visit, we have set up our own that meets (almost) all needs. Solo travelers, couples, friends as well as families with (small) children and pets should feel a bit at home in this retreat, which has been furnished with a lot of time and love.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

I offer a newly renovated apartment in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfed can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. In the entrance area opposite is another (2 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb.
