Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rudolstadt

Our accommodation was very comfortable and the location was great for visiting many interesting places. We enjoyed the garden and trees and the rural setting. Apolda itself was an unexpected bonus, as was our very friendly hostess Erika.

We had a great short vacation in Ziegenrück. We liked the house even better in person than in the photos. The play and relaxation opportunities in the garden leave nothing to be desired. Although the neighbors are not far away, the garden is private behind green hedges. We particularly liked that every detail was well thought out and every smallest space was used sensibly. Above all, the furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The beds were very comfortable, our son grabbed the bunk and slept blissfully in it. We have nothing to complain about and would recommend the accommodation without reservation!

Olaf and Nicole are a warm and super friendly couple!😊 They always answered questions quickly and were relaxed and funny. As a welcome, everything was shown to us, otherwise we could spend our girls' weekend privately and in peace over Pentecost. The place is very clean and you feel right at home. Unfortunately, we didn't have such nice weather, but that was absolutely no problem thanks to the warm hot tub and the cozy furnishings inside!🥰 We were really excited and are considering renting AirBnB again in the coming years.

We were there with the whole family (15 people) and very satisfied. There was enough space and in the large living room we could all sit together comfortably. The hot tub and garden were also used extensively :). The beds were very comfortable and the sofa beds were also provided with a topper, so that the children slept really well. Definitely a clear recommendation.

Katja's apartment absolutely met my expectations. During our weekend, we found it to be an oasis of tranquility where you could completely leave the outside world behind. The spacious living area invites you to cook and play together and the sleeping options were comfortable and cozy. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, which we were allowed to use in January at an outside temperature of 0°C. A hike on the Ettersberg rounded off our weekend and many Weimar restaurants deliver their food to Gaberndorf. A great, modern apartment with friendly hosts that we will definitely book again! :)

We were totally delighted with the accommodation! The location is great - beautiful in the countryside and completely quiet and peaceful. Maria and her family were very friendly, and helpful. The terrace is completely fenced, so we were able to park our dog there well. The occasional barking was also friendly by the hosts. And then the sauna and the hot pot - there are no wishes left unfulfilled!

We had a lovely, albeit very wet Pentecost weekend in Rachel's house. We were two families (6 people, 2 children (3 years old)). We particularly liked how child-friendly and well-equipped the house was. There are plenty of toys and the trampoline in the garden was a hit. The surroundings are beautifully idyllic. However, we were a little surprised by the high tick volume, but that's nobody's fault. However, you should prepare for a vacation in the area (vaccination, spray) and check daily, especially with the kids. The house was very cozy and could be heated wonderfully with the fireplace in the unfortunately very bad weather. The footpath to the house, which is slightly elevated, was a bit impractical. If you arrive with a little more luggage and shopping, you have to walk the way several times, but it worked. Overall, we were satisfied and felt very comfortable.

We were in Coburg for a short stay and were looking for and found an inexpensive and child-friendly accommodation. The kitchen amenities were great and the beds were comfortable. However, our highlight was the cozy play corner, which our almost 3-year-old daughter didn't want to leave. We had a great time ☀️

We felt comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. Stefan is a kind-hearted person and welcomed us directly. Very quiet location, comfortable beds and plenty of space - what else could you ask for?

The room at Petra's was awesome. Everything is accessible on foot, we even got bus tickets from her. The room was pleasantly large and the modern bathroom almost the same size as the actual bedroom. Petra herself was very friendly Balou a sweet dog❤️. We will definitely come back again.

Rustic, sparkling clean and super equipped apartment in beautiful surroundings. We hiked to the Saaleturm (if you want to go up, it costs a small entrance fee) and looked at Schloss Burgk (by the way, the fairy tale "Die goldene Gans" was filmed there). You can also relax and eat, drink and take a break on the castle terrace. An insider tip is the Café Isabellengrün, from which you can walk to the Bleichloch dam. When it rained, we played a game of "overtaking without catching up" - even our teenager liked it and we all had a lot of fun. Pure nostalgia! All in all, a well-rounded, successful short vacation that we had over the Pentecost days with Klaus and his wife.

There were two of us with a dog in the apartment and we felt completely comfortable. The apartment is cozy, has many sleeping arrangements and guarantees a quiet, relaxing vacation. I'd come back anytime!

I can recommend the place 120 percent, also as far as the outdoor area is concerned. Likewise, communication, privacy, friendliness and professionalism. Definitely goes on my top ten list of all previous stays!

Had a wonderful stay. The large swing in the garden under the old trees invites you to dream, the pool to splash and romp. The rooms in the mansion are clean and very tastefully furnished. Everything you need is there. There is a playground right outside the castle. The kids can also get out on their own. A special highlight is Cuba, the castle dog. Such a lovely, friendly, four-legged hostess. We really enjoyed our time with you. Thank you!!

Bad Sulza is very clear and nothing is more than 20 minutes walk from the property. Also some circular & hiking trails lead along the address of Anja Haus. Good local recreation!

A great place to unwind and discover: If you love to explore the surroundings and at the same time value feeling at home, this is the place to be. The accommodation is quietly located, yet you can reach the highway exits in a few minutes. The apartment is tastefully decorated and kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. In terms of cleanliness, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. You can spend great days in the apartment. Because when you look out of the kitchen and living room window, you feel like you're on vacation in Tuscany. Great and well-maintained outdoor area with pool, sitting area, barbecue area and play area for the children. We felt very comfortable and welcome and thank you very much for the nice hospitality.

Constanze and André are super nice and very communicative hosts. They had many tips for us and were always accessible for questions. We (a family of 4 with young children) felt very comfortable in the house and garden, with barbecue, fireplace, pool, playground, trampoline, bicycles and the hangover. The location was optimal for us: With the bikes we were in the old town of Weimar in 10 minutes, on the other hand you could also walk directly over the field to the Ilm or ride a bike on the Ilm bike path. A supermarket with a bakery is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back!
