The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment is fully equipped, including an elevator. The living room and bedroom have a TV and free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Nearby are grocery stores (60m), bakery, post office, pharmacy, tennis courts, wellness.

Accommodation in a quiet place in the foothills of the Krkonoše Mountains. The bedroom has a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed (mattress placed on the floor). Parking right next to the house (you will pass through the open gate). The last 200 m of the access road may be in poor condition, muddy/frozen/snowy, but with caution passable, depending on the current weather. Parking is in the public parking lot in front of the house. Close by is a convenience store, a playground, and a restaurant with great beer and burgers. The place is great not only for skiing in winter, but also for biking, hiking and car trips. There are many attractions within easy reach. The perfect place for a family vacation in the Giant Mountains!
