The villa is located directly on the Elbe cycle path. The house has a parking space, a spacious garden, three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The highlight is the view of the picturesque Saxon Switzerland in addition to the private sauna and fireplace. The property has its own access to the Elbe, where you can fish in addition to water sports. With a maximum occupancy of 11 people, two people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

The Listhús is located in the middle of the small mountain village of Maxen. Surrounded by meadows and fields and pure nature. Many hiking opportunities are offered here and excursions to Saxon Switzerland or nearby Dresden. After an eventful day, you can quickly relax in the small farmhouse with the adjoining garden. The small artists' house invites you to feel good and switch off from everyday life. Since it is a very old house, the ceilings are very low in places.

The accommodation is next to a horse farm, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or also in beautiful Dresden. There is an additional extra bed available. Since I am a physiotherapist, they can also book special massages by arrangement. We look forward to your visit!
