Stay at Kodumaine in Kinglake

This was my second solo stay and just love this place. So quiet, private and peaceful with all the amenities you could ever need to cook up a storm and have a relaxing stay. Lots to do in the surrounding area too. Helen was so kind to offer me an early check in and a late check out which was such a nice bonus and her communication is spot on while also leaving you to have an uninterrupted stay. Will definitely be back again!

Two Rivers Lodge on the Goulburn River Acheron

Beautiful house and landscaped gardens, surrounded by farm and grazing cattle. The house inside is very stylish and comfortable with thoughtful pieces of art and furniture, the kitchen well equipped and spacious, perfect for hosting a group. The beds are really comfortable and plenty of space to unpack belongings, including a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. The location of the property is close to Alexandra, which is a town which seems to have everything you need plus good coffee shops. I’d definitely recommend this place to others coming to the area.

Willowbank at Taggerty

If I could rate higher then 5 stars, absolutely I would. First off the most lovely hosts. They were so kind, well informative and have the cutest fur babies. As well as going above and beyond in their hosting. They supplied a breakfast hamper which was filled with the best produce. The house was immaculate, cosy, and full of beautiful character. The property was also just as amazing, gorgeous gardens, lovely and peaceful with a near by river/creek you can hear. The locals were so kind and Friday night pizza was the best. Lots to do in the area and Andrew informed us of a beautiful walking track that shows the best of Taggerty. 100% will be back to stay here again. We appreciate the beautiful hospitality.

The Cedar House

ArjaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Cedar Lodge was fabulous for our family of 12 with plenty of room for activities, relaxing, preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoying the outdoors and retreating to our comfortable beds at night. Enjoyed the early mornings on the deck observing the wild life especially the birds, sitting around the campfire late afternoons and the numerous games available to enjoy … “Bop It” will be forever connected to our memories of Cedar Lodge! Thank you Jen & Mike for the fabulous four nights !
