Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Rovinjsko Selo

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a Konzum supermarket nearby, and it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to both the city center and the beach, which made it very convenient. A big plus: bikes were included in the price, and they were really useful for getting around! Communication with Alex was easy and friendly. The self check-in via key box was super practical, especially since we arrived late in the evening. The only small downside is that the air conditioning is only in the living room and kitchen. In the middle of summer, it might get a bit warm in the bedrooms – depending on your preferences. For us, in June, it was perfectly fine. Thank you again, Alex, for a great stay! We would definitely recommend this place.

Dejan is a fantastic host. All questions were answered very quickly. I would also commend his Pula guide who was full of useful information and recommendations for sites and restaurants. The place was perfect. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a lot of taste. It is very nicely lit and double-sided, so it's hard to decide which view is more beautiful - to the sea or to the arena. The terrace is also gorgeous, especially in the afternoon when the sun sets a bit. Furnishing is another great thing, literally nothing extra was necessary to us from the furniture. Finally, the apartment is very close to the city center as well as the bus station, so it's very easy to get to other interesting locations in Pula. All in all a wonderful experience for the girl and me. When we come to Pula again, we'll be looking for Dayan's place again!

excellent location, simple and family environment... comfortable and spacious apartment... well-kept and clean toilets... large closets... private parking... quiet location and 15 min. walk from the center... very well-served area... super welcome... the host was very patient for a check-in that was delayed due to traffic... we were with a 6-month-old child... in the house there was everything necessary for a quiet and comfortable stay... we will definitely return

A really cozy little cottage with everything you need! The garden is huge (our dogs also loved it) and the seating outside is a dream! From breakfast terrace to lounge furniture to sun lounger and Hollywood swing, everything is included. Especially in such great weather as we had in June, the cottage is an absolute recommendation! The location in Gracisce in the middle of Istria is perfect to discover the peninsula - whether to Pula, Rovinj or to the Vojak, we were everywhere in under 50 minutes.

Great appartment in walking distance to Cuvi beach with two playgrounds on in 1 minute walking distance. Nice garden. We stayed with 3 adults and one child. Balcony was a bit small to fit 4 chairs but other than that beautiful. Kitchen is equipped well. Only wouldnt recommend doing homeoffice here since the wifi is very weak. But better to have freetime here anyway. Would recommend bike or car to go into the center.

We had a fantastic experience with Vasilija, who proved to be available and very kind from the first contacts in the chat. At check-in, he greeted us with a smile and showed us the whole house, giving us useful tips about the area and offering us a cold drink to cool off after the long trip from Italy. The house was really spacious and bright, with every room very clean and cared for in every detail. It was the perfect choice for our family, who were able to enjoy 3 relaxing nights in Rovinj. The location of the villa is ideal, close to the historic center and the sea, with a convenient parking space. If we were to return to Rovinj, we would not hesitate to choose this house again and would undoubtedly recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Vasilija, for your hospitality and kindness!

Lorena’s apartment was great and she is truly a super host. The apartment was very clean and makes you feel at home from start. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and for after- beach- drinks. The apartment is about 10-15 minutes walk to the beautiful old town where we spent all of our evenings. During the days we walked to a few different beaches, and we really enjoyed Mulini Beach. We also walked to the city center to take the boat to Red Island - such a beautiful place! So overall, we had a great experience of Rovinj and of this apartment :)

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The amenities are in great condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would be happy to come back.

Lovely house/bungalow surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful garden. Green and peacefull hidden gem even if it is situated between the beach and the main street (which was very convinient to go to the supermarket and restaurants). Interior of the house was very cosy and charming. We enjoyed the paintings on the wall and sculptures which all were made by Vesna! Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and confy. Overall we all loved our stay very much. Vesna was warm-hearted and lovely person. Thank you so much!

Helena welcomed us in a very friendly way. The arrangement when we arrive worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. You simply had everything there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, tabs for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and asked the next day after a small storm if we were okay and if someone should come to clean. Pool was also cleaned once in between. With a dog also great there, because properly fenced, walking the dog is also no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also a lot for children – playground, large pool, kicker, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he quickly came by and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we could even check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks – very generous. He also brought cake again later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and a bit remote, the access via the mountains a bit curvy – but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

Tihana is an amazing friendly host. We booked this apartment last-minute since the place we booked earlier cancelled on us after we reached the town. Tihana welcomed us warmly and gave us plenty of recommendations. The studio itself is stunning and very well done. It's cosy, quiet, away from the main city, but you can walk to the town very easily. Parking was very convenient, even though the streets can be narrow, and Tihana helped us with that as well. The town and the accommodations were definitely highlights of our trip!

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

We travel a lot and this place was one of the best we've ever rented! The hosts were always available immediately. Unfortunately, we had to stop the holiday due to an illness, but we will be back!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

memorable stay with Olga who is an extraordinary lady, helpful and with good tips for excursions and her olive oil who shares her tomatoes 😁😁 Accommodation with large and beautiful terrace. everything is nearby, 200 m from the supermarket La Sirena restaurant is a treat. Olga speaks French, a real plus for us. The private accommodation is impeccable, the pool is excellent. we had a memorable stay and I reiterate Olga is truly an extraordinary lady Thanks Olga for hosting us. 🥰🥰

Very clean and comfortable apartment. On foot it is only 10 min away from Fazana beach and center. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Quiet and relaxing. Recommended!
