Fantastic apartment and fantastic host. Very well appointed and everything spotless. Induction hob a bonus. Good bathroom and comfortable bed. Perfect. Centrally located so perfect for getting around Verona. And the best part - Luigi himself. He took the time and trouble to recommend what to visit and where to eat - and his advice was very good. He also ensured when we left that we caught the correct bus for onward travel (he waited with us at the bus stop) . A fantastic host with a fantastic apartment

We booked the accommodation as a "base camp" for our 1-week vacation. The accommodation is located just above Riva del Garda - we like the tranquility and seclusion when we return from our day trips. We could enjoy the evening or the sun during the day outside on 2 loungers. We could also have breakfast on the terrace. That's how we like it. A good bed, 2 air conditioners and a decent bathroom with a large shower and good water pressure! Kitchen is small but complete and our little mishap with the Nespresso coffee machine was fixed within a very short time with the replacement of the machine. Parking is right in front of the apartment - optimal. Very friendly welcome by the co-landlord, good garbage handling description. Very clean. Perfect for us.

If there was an option to go beyond 5 stars, this apartment would certainly qualify. I’ve read the reviews and they’re all fantastic. Rightly so! Everything was just perfect about this unit, so I won’t go into similar reviews. To add some details: bed is very comfortable, as are the pillows. Bathroom is large and shower is amazing. Not a sound at night, no bars or noisy spots nearby. Great to have an elevator. Building is kept very well. If we’re ever in Trento again, there is. 100% chance I stay here again. AAAA+++

Ma Nini's place was the perfect base for myself, my husband and our 9 month old baby. Having all the baby equipment at the house was incredibly helpful, as was being a stone's throw from all that the lakeside had to offer. Ma Nini was kind enough to help us arrange bookings for dinners/activities without hesitation. The apartment is incredibly charming, a truly unique experience!

We had a truly wonderful stay in Riva del Garda. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped , especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the center, close to shops, restaurants, and the lake, yet still peaceful and secure. A special thanks to Giulia, who was exceptionally professional, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. She made everything smooth and welcoming for me and my family. It was a beautiful and comfortable experience, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location. Beautifully renovated space in historic building. It is clear that the design and equipping of the apartment was done with great care and skill. The apartment is modern and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated having both a washing machine and dryer. The beds are very comfortable. The windows provide great fresh air circulation. The window shutters were very nice to have. The apartment is just outside of the city walls, which is wonderful because it is a less congested area. But it is so close to everything we wanted to do. Great restaurants, cafe, walking, the lake, all are right nearby. We loved relaxing on the comfortable sofa and listening to the sounds of Riva through our open windows. The host is extremely responsive, pleasant, and helpful. The apartment guide book information and maps were very helpful. This apartment will definitely be our first choice for our next trip to Riva del Garda.

The highlight is the view. Simply crazy and fantastic!! The apartment lacks nothing and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and responsive. The location is very and perfect for switching off. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. It feels very local as there are no tourists and instead many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

This apartment was very nice as it was completely new. Right in the centre and a short distance to cafes and piazzas. However is you are coming with a car there is no place to park at the apartment. The host recommended a cheap car park that was a short walk away but a bit far if you have lots of luggage. Over all we had a great stay

Incredible space! Like a movie. There is love in every detail. The host took care of the design very carefully, every accessory, from bed linen to furniture in the interior complements the picture. Very clean, and there is everything you need in the kitchen ( electronic appliances, appliances, dishes, even tea/sugar/heat/oil) The host is always available and responds very quickly and is always ready to provide recommendations, or hints. Very quiet and atmospheric town with delicious restaurants. We stayed with two families with children ( and another family of our friends nearby in the hotel) and had a great time! I recommend this place 100%

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Stefania's house. The location is great, we almost never needed the car, which is perfect with small children. The beach, bakery, restaurants and ice cream parlors are all within walking distance. The garden is also beautiful and very large with plenty of seating.

We felt right at home. A beautiful area close to the lake, nevertheless very quiet and you could unwind well. The pool had exactly the right temperature that we even had to jump in right after arrival. The car is parked behind the house where there is hardly any sun, which is perfect, because the car was not so hot. The amenities and cleanliness of all things was great and the idea of the wine cellar converted to a shop was the highlight anyway. All in all, everything was great and we will definitely come back. This is a lovely home just outside of the old city. Very walkable. I would recommend looking for food where most people are speaking Italian, otherwise we loved Verona and had an amazing stay.

The apartment was very nice, we felt very comfortable! The kitchen can be used and there was delicious coffee :) If you don't mind taking the bus to town, the location is also good :) Nicola was super nice!

This is the best place to stay. It was clean, pleasant and comfortable. They welcomed us, and breakfast was prepared with bread, coffee, etc. as shown in the picture, so it was nice to enjoy it comfortably. They helped with laundry, parking was easy, and there was a pretty puppy in the yard. It's a place I really want to visit again.

A very spacious and comfortable accommodation, in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood, close to the city center and amenities (supermarkets, etc.) Flavio gave us some valuable tips for sightseeing. Our exchanges were always very pleasant and interesting and we appreciated his great availability the accommodation being closer to the main roads, it was very easy to explore and discover this beautiful region in view of our different Airbnb experiences, this is a meeting that will remain unforgettable for us and we hope to be able to return!! We loved Simonetta’s apt. We walked everywhere and only needed taxi to and from train station. We went to a few of her recommended restaurants and loved every one. She lent us cushions for opera and checked on us during the week to make sure we were happy. We fell in love with Verona and hope to be back!

Loved the apt. and all of the amenities it had to offer. There was no mentioned about the no parking while they were doing the facade renovations. We managed but it was an additional headache.

It was a very nice and pleasant experience, we stayed for the three nights. Marco is very responsive, place was very clean, cozy, well decorated. I will recommend this place for sure.
