Recently, the newly built chalet with a furnished balcony and fireplace has been available to vacation guests in the Kipnick vacation home. The chalet, furnished in a contemporary, modern style, promises luxury and comfort in the midst of the green oasis of the architecturally masterfully landscaped garden in the Kipnick holiday home. The highlight is the large bathtub with whirlpool function in the living area. In this environment with elegant flair, relaxation and deceleration on vacation are guaranteed.

Our house is located at 900 meters above sea level right on the edge of the forest. At the house there is an 11 KW charging station (type 2) for electric vehicles (please reserve)

Tiny house on the farm with swimming pond

Take a vacation in our little cottage, right on the shore of our swimming pond. Have breakfast on your own terrace, with panoramic views of our swimming pond and our pastures with sheep, chickens and cows. We have a small hobby farm with 8 sheep, 20 chickens and 8 cows. On our property there is a private playground, a terrace for our guests with their own garden compartment and fireplace and fixed barbecue area. Vacation in nature with no frills. Bathroom/toilet in the main house.

The tiny house "Unser Großer Tiny House" is located in Mayrhof and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot can be provided.
