Thus, you have 100 square meters with a terrace. We have 4 beds in each of the outer yurts, so there is space for 8 people. In the middle yurt is the common room that invites you to chill. In our small cozy apartment near the Rottach center, we warmly invite you to a relaxing time. There are a variety of restaurants & bars within walking distance. A supermarket, a drugstore, a gas station and a bakery are only about 300 meters away. Fresh sheets and towels are of course provided. Other amenities include a Nespresso machine, a small fridge (minibar), Bluetooth speakers and a cool welcome beer.

The apartment "Beim Ederl" is 93 square meters and is located in the attic. It has a beautiful small balcony overlooking the lake. The decor consists of a mixture of traditional and modern furniture. Lakefront apartment

Our bright and friendly apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare Seesauna. The pier of the cruise is opposite as well as a public parking lot, which, however, only allows half an hour of free parking and then is very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the central parking lot Tegernsee.
