Lilac House is a very private and peaceful property. Up a long driveway overlooking Lake Rotorua. A great place to unwind, relax and explore the wonderful attractions that Rotorua has to offer. Guests have their own external entrance. There is a boat ramp directly across the road at the end of the driveway. Only minutes away from some of the famous trout spots and the Hamurana Springs. There is a footpath for those who enjoy a walk right on the lake from the bottom of the driveway.

Close to Skyline Skyride/gondola, Rainbow Springs, Mitai, Canopy Tours and other tourist spots. Free Wifi and Netflix. Great heating. Cereal, Milk, fresh Plunger-coffee, Tea variety, but no-cooking facilities. Lounge opens to private garden, with outdoor table and chairs.

Had a great stay here. Guoda had very clear and precise instructions for check-in, one of the most simplest check ins that we've stayed at. Very accommodating to our last minute booking and the lady at site was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Jade's place is a lovely option if you're staying in Rotorua. Quiet and just outside the town makes it relatively accessible via car. There is a really good bakery at the corner end of the street as well, which was a plus point for us! Jade even provides board games that can keep you entertain for a night in.

We had two nice days in this huge appartment in the very center of Rotorua. The location is perfect to explore Rotorua by foot. It was all clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We can recommend staying here :)

We had a great stay at Joan’s place! It was so nice coming back to the spacious lounge room after a long day and relaxing on the big, comfy couches whilst watching the TV. The bed was super comfortable as well! Would definitely stay at Joan’s again if we were to return to Rotorua.

The place is really accessible it's easy to reach from the airport. The place is quite the private. The owner is friendly and kind. Plus there are cats in the property which is nice. Only downside for me is the Wifi which is spotty.
