Spacious one bedroom unit situated behind main house in quiet cul-de-sac. Centrally located in Springfield, 7-8 minutes drive to CBD and lakeside. 10-15 minutes to The Redwoods. Nearby shops include a dairy (small grocery store), bakery and takeaway. Within walking distance to Centennial Park, Te Puia and the International Stadium. Near to Waipa MTB Park (mountain biking). We are bike friendly and guests are welcome to park their bikes in our garage if they are looking for a secure storage area.

Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. The guesthouse is set in our back garden along with our 4 chooks & our 8 year old Golden Lab Rex 🐶. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & basic ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, a small smart TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & ample love for our wee rustic home.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.
