Waterfront vacation rentals in Rotonda West

We felt that a few things could have been better clarified in the guide. 1. Guide startes "washing machine and separate dryer are in the utility room next to kitchen". Not so. Laundry facility is in the first building. Laundry room is pretty messy. 2. We figured out, hopefully correctly, that the whole back area from the 1st building to the last are "commons" area, since the beach area was not at our unit (#8). BBQ was not at our unit, but there were a couple in the presumably "commons" area. If this is so, we feel this should be mentioned in the guide. 3. Guide states propane tank is in the garage. There is no garage. 4. Safety concern - The deck could use some repairs. Screws and nails are loose. There is one board in which the end of one side has popped up. 5. Just a suggestion. Unit could use a full length mirror. Don't get me wrong. We enjoyed our stay, resident alligator and green iguana were a nice rustic addition.

This rental is PERFECT! So homey and so close to the beach! I can go on and on about how perfect this vacation was for us!!

House was very cozy and fully stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of towels to use was a huge plus for us since we were constantly at the beach or pool. Ryan was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This property was perfect for our families!! So much to do and the island is very quiet and peaceful. We parked our boats at the dock in the back with ease. The beaches were virtually empty everytime we went and the sunsets are amazing!

This house was gorgeous and perfectly appointed. Dan was extremely responsive and always available for a question. From the giant bass, we caught in the creek behind the house to the gorgeous saltwater pool. The exterior of the house was wonderful. Inside the kitchen had everything you could ever want. I’ve never felt so at home on vacation. The sheets were crisp and the beds were very comfortable. The electronics were easy to use, including the Bluetooth speakers outside. I would absolutely book this house again!

This home in Port Charlotte is fantastic! The key to a great stay in an Airbnb is a good host. I don't care how good the house is, if you don't have a good host your trip can be ruined. Holli is a great host! We had a minor issue with the pool and texted her about it. We were pulling out of the driveway 15 minutes later and the pool service guy was pulling in. I have not had a more responsive and proactive host before. We had 3 ocean days and 3 kayaking days as our main activities on our trip. I feel like the kayaking is downplayed on the website. There are 4 kayaks to choose from with paddles and life vests. The canals and Myakka river are great places to explore and nature watch. We went in late May and only ran into one other kayaker on our journeys. Venice and Siesta Key were our favorite nearby beaches! White sand and clear water beaches. The house was really fun and modern. We loved the smart couches and very large kitchen. Every part of the home was taken care of with love!

Great location, close to several beaches. Highly recommend Boca Grande. The home was cozy and offered plenty of games and comfy blankets for lounging around. The pool was heated and peaceful. Very private and a nice canal view. Loved having beach chairs and pool floats to use. Everywhere we looked in this home we found useful surprises including extra spices, an airfryer, and lots of shower supplies. I highly recommend this home for a peaceful getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved that they had basically everything you might need. They even had a high chair and pack n play which was really useful with our 11 month old. The area is peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool.

Nicole was so easy to work with! Love the area and the house was great. Pool was on the North side of the house so come 3 pm there wasn’t a lot of direct sunlight, but we opted to have it heated for our stay and it was 100% worth it! Kids were happy, we were happy, would definitely rent here again!

This home was just as described, beautiful, clean, all the amenities you would need plus some! Beds are super comfy and each room has extra linens if needed. Sandra is very responsive and very nice. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Florida.

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful area. We found lots of sharp teeth. The condo was amazing. It was clean had so many extras. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

Quaint beautifully decorated place. Clean! Close to restaurants for live music every night! Love Manasota Key!!

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.
