Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Roth

I was a guest of Andreas and his wife for a total of 9 nights. The apartment was perfect for me - the bed was also super comfortable. I overlooked the fact that there is no TV - but it was not a problem for me :) I 100% recommend this place!

We had an unforgettable weekend thanks to Julia's fantastic house and hospitality. Our stay was super comfortable because Julia has thought of every detail. Highly recommended for families and those who like peaceful places.

We felt very comfortable with Tomi. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Tomi is a superb host; always responsive and helpful! Beautiful his garden with trampoline, swings...! Great that our grandchildren were able to use it! We will be happy to come back!

Check-in was hassle-free, we were allowed to use a parking bay directly. The apartment was very nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped - everything you needed was easy to find. There is a 2nd small apartment, Liz also lives in the house - that's just good to know. There was a nicely laid out chicken coop, which our son was very enthusiastic about. It is recommended to have the whirlpool explained in peace. The surroundings are quiet and the view is beautiful - you can relax here! We highly recommend a trip to the zoo or Playmobil Funpark. In the Playmobil Funpark, it is better to take a change of clothes with you - because there is a lot to play with water. Liz was friendly and available for questions.

a beautiful terrace with very beautiful wildflowers, in the garden you can find a wooden stump on which the turkey tail mushroom grows, it is very good for immunity.

Marietta’s place is lovely and in a wonderful little village. Everything in the apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment is spacious and well-stocked. Maritta is very kind and welcoming and her in-laws who live downstairs are delightful. We hope to stay again one day!

We felt right at home. The apartment matches the photos. Very good amenities.... Easy check-in and check-out. The hosts were available and responded quickly. They were there to help. Subjectively, the beds were too hard, but that's my feeling.

Great house and host! The apartment was clean and spacefull, located in a beautiful neighbourhood. Johannes is a very nice host, friendly and easily accessible.

We had a lovely girls' weekend at Julia's house. The house is very spacious, there are enough toilets and sleeping places for 6-8 people. The kitchen and dining area are huge and invite you to linger. The house is secluded in the countryside, it is super idyllic and quiet. In 15 minutes, you can walk to the village and eat and shop there. If you like it quiet and like to take a trip to the countryside, I can recommend Julia's house.

The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful, peace, clean, perfect!

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You do your shopping a little further away, but you get the peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally came to graze in the garden (they first ask if you are okay with that) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers.

We had a very nice short vacation with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the nearby area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen are easy and quick to reach from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with a lot of natural wood furniture. A nice change is the gander Gustav, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you wish. In the village, there is a good restaurant and in the surrounding villages, you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

The house was as described and perfectly equipped! If we had any questions, Fabian always got in touch immediately and solved our problem. Absolutely recommended!

We spent the weekend at the place with a large group of friends. The house accommodated everyone comfortably, everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. Markus was always quickly available for questions and very accommodating. The highlight was the outdoor area with sauna and hot tub and a spacious garden where you can relax in good weather. The Rothsee is within walking distance and the location of the accommodation in Allersberg is also great, with various restaurants, bakeries and shopping. Overall, a great weekend spent there and I recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as described: modern, very clean and well equipped. The location is quiet and ideal for families as the Playmobil Funpark is nearby. Only the search for a parking space can take a while or end in a short walk :) The landlady was very friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt completely comfortable - clear recommendation!

A great cozy apartment with plenty of space. Everything you need is there. Franziska is super nice. It was a wonderful stay for us 4 women.

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

Elena's home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay in Ansbach very much! We would have just a few suggestions to improve the visit for your guests: 1. It would be nice to have a Guest book that might include things like: local restaurants, places to visit, things to do in the area, local gas staions, etc. 2. A simple list of checking-out prpcedures would be helpful, like where to put the dirty linens and towels, garbage disposal, should dirty dishes be washed or placed in the dishwasher, turn off refriferator, etc. 3. Some simple instruction in English on how to operate the appliances: stove/oven, washer/dryer, etc. 4. A Guest Registry so you can see who has stayed in the home and some of their immediate comments about their stay.

Wow! This was one of my most enjoyable and memorable vacation homes that I’ve stayed in. It was first class feeling in a way my wife felt safe and very comfortable while having a unique vibe with the beautiful loft and vaulted wood ceiling. The hosts were extremely helpful and gracious and we would definitely hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Neuburg isn’t in many foreign guide books and maybe we should keep it that way. The apartment is smack bang in the middle of the old town but the contrast couldn’t be bigger: it is very up-to-date and has amenities that older folks (like us) don’t even know (listening to your favorite music under the shower???) Anyway, it’s beautiful and comfortable. We loved the BIG table, the couches in the television corner, the two small chairs at the entrance when you climbed 3 stories and needed (and wanted!) to take your shoes off. Simply great.

best arbnb we ever had experienced. plenty of supplies which was surprising, we had everything we need and food as well. nice and super clean place. we really loved and appreciated Pete's place and host as well. thank you!

This place was so cozy and homey, and had everything we needed. I was able to cook several meals in the kitchen, which had everything necessary for that. Also loved being able to do laundry. My kids enjoyed the toys and games.
