There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

Bicycle and hiking trails start right outside the door. Shopping and gastronomy are easily accessible.

You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

Kettle, instant coffee and tea are available. Bed linen and towels are provided. NO shower, NO kitchen! There are 2 more guest rooms in the house. There is also a guest bathroom there.
