The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

The house is very welcoming and for those who like tranquility it is ideal, it was possible to take an excursion on the Sila, which I recommend. I thank Arcangelo and his family very much for the beautiful welcome. I will definitely be back.

Romantic old property, close good restaurant

Simply perfect host, very responsive and helpful. Monica lives nearby, just to make you feel you are not alone. Apartment was exactly as described, perfectly clean. If you want to explore real Calabria living that is it. She paid attention to each and every detail guests might need. Also, location is very urban, I was alone and I feel completely safe day and night. It is close to the city center and old Cosenza, all walkable. Autostazione is about 1km, walkable distance, 99% flat of your carry your suitcases. All around perfect and clean home, along with a perfect host. Thank you Monica. The Masseria Ulisse and Calipso is located on the hill, but at the same time it is very close to the sea( 5 minutes by car). It enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, in the morning when you wake up the only sound you will hear will be the birds, you feel completely immersed in nature. The place was clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything you need. Mrs. Anna was a kind, polite and never intrusive person, she was very helpful right away. Always attentive to our needs and also to those of our dog (you can see that she loves animals).. she has not imposed any limits on her freedom of exploration, clearly always respecting other guests! As soon as we arrived, he delighted us with a very good dessert and typical products...Our experience was very positive. If you're looking for total relaxation, this is the place!!! Beautiful and well-kept structure, wonderful sea, and the owner is definitely an added value!!! We will definitely be back!!!

A very pleasant vacation without problems of any kind. I wanted to get away from the city...this was my first wish...the Pollino park, combined with the great comforts of the house, met all my needs...

The flat is in a grand old house at the entrance to the old town. It is beautifully renovated (we loved the old tiles on the floor), has a large modern kitchen (with more than we needed) and a very nice bathroom. There's a great view from the balcony. The famous ice cream shop Sicoli and good restaurants (e.g. the friendly Cantina Amarcord or the posh L'800) are just around the corner, and the station as well as the sea are within easy walking distance. Amantea is also a good location for excursions in the surrounding area, e.g. to the old towns of Fiumefreddo (visit the Enosteria Convivio for amazing food!) or Belmonte.

Gaetano and his wife are super nice, which is why we felt very comfortable right away. Great beach (both free and beach spots to rent by umbrella) quickly accessible. Various beach bars / restaurants, especially the Gaetano restaurant located in the complex of the apartments. The communication was very good. For quick arrival or receipt of the exact address, I recommend replacing the mobile phone numbers in advance for whats app. We would like to come back.

The stay at Giuseppe's place was excellent. This is a large house with large rooms, very spacious and clean. The pool is excellent and clean. The garden is very well maintained. The play facilities are excellent for children. Communication with Giuseppe was good, especially with Google Translate. Giuseppe was constantly interested if we needed help with anything, and even helped us order a pizza from a restaurant near the place. The value is very good for the price.

We booked this B&B for a last minute trip to Amantea as it was the only one available for that time - and what a lovely, lovely surprise! Luisa has created a spectacular sanctuary in the hills, with breakfasts (5 euro) with food from their garden. The pool has amazing views of the city, and the room fit the five of us very comfortably. We loved chatting with Luisa and the others over breakfast. You definitely need a car around here, but it's so worth it!

The house is wonderful, spacious and renovated; the private, quiet and clean public pool (it doesn't make it from the photos). You have to use the car, but there are many unique coves and beaches nearby. The only issue was checkout which is not at 12:00 pm as written, but at 10:00 am, which created a lot of discomfort. In any case, knowing this, the villa is worth all the money spent.

Excellent accommodation! Dream setting, fantastic view, everything for a great stay... The pool is lovely at the end of the day... Thank you again for your hospitality and advice!

The place is delicious, very quiet... you sleep in absolute silence, surrounded by an olive grove. The house is spacious, fresh and very clean. Well-functioning wifi. The owner is always available and proactive in giving advice on the area. We'll definitely be back!
