Surrounded by beautiful grounds and historic outhouses, located 1.5k from Tramore beach which stretches almost 7k (behind St Patrick’s Links, Roasapenna Golf Course). Other nearby attractions include the Boardwalk Resort (1k), the famous Glen Bar & Restaurant (3k), Doe Castle (4k), Ards Friary, Marble Hill & Dunfanaghy (14k).

Wake up to the sound of birdsong and rolling waves, open the bedroom doors and relax. Enjoy the beautiful views across the sea to the mountains on the Fanad Peninsula while having breakfast on the balcony. Walk through the garden, along the private path to the sandy, sheltered beach for a fresh seawater dip. Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
