Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

House da mamma is a cozy house in the historic part of Rovinj, near the church of St. Euphemia and the park. It is a holiday haven for family or friends. There are a lot of good emotions and pleasant memories in its equipment and substance. In recent years, it has been successfully rented and has received great reviews. This year, the house returned to the family, gained a new bedroom, bathroom and exclusive access to the yard, which is its great asset.
