Hi! Please read it carefully. 40m2 loft apartment located in Old Joyeuse and 10 min walk from the river. Double mezzanine bed accessible with a ladder. The apartment is comfortable. There is a terrace. Guests can use the piano and guitar if you know how to play. ATTENTION!! I live paying attention to the water and electricity and therefore there is NO electric FRIDGE but a terracotta bin that keeps the cool as much as possible. I hope you enjoy it.

Large very pleasant shaded terrace (pergola covered with virgin vines). Paved alley. New season 2022: details of decoration. In 2021: the 2nd bedroom was redecorated, with the installation of a larger closet and an office area. We had changed the windows for more comfort.
