Welcome to the heart of the medieval village of Rochemaure, ideally located on a quiet street close to Via-Rhôna. Here, on the ground floor of a charming village house, you will discover an old art gallery transformed into a cozy and comfortable cottage of about 45 square meters. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

38 m² duplex in medieval village, Gorges Ardèche

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.
