Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

La villa è perfettamente conforme alla descrizione, curata nei dettagli e fornita di tutto il necessario al punto da farci sentire a casa. Abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni anche su punti di interesse nei dintorni e lo scambio con l’host è sempre stato veloce e chiaro. Host attentissimo alle necessità della mia famiglia, in particolar modo ai più piccoli, ho davvero apprezzato. Sicuramente consiglio l’alloggio.

Nous avons utilisé le logement de Serena dans un contexte particulier. En effet, c’était un point d’appui pour notre équipe qui participait à une épreuve sportive internationale. Nous avons pu y manger, les athlètes se reposer durant la journée. Le cadre est très sympa et la maison très bien entretenue. Serena est très sympa et réactive en cas de besoin. Je recommande Merci

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

È stato un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto ! La casa è enorme e in una posizione splendida. Per la mia tribù finalmente riunita con 4 bambini scalmanati è stata una vacanza di libertà assoluta. Dopo la mattina al mare, per loro c’era il pomeriggio in piscina sotto gli ulivi: felicissimi! Io mi sono goduta le albe sul mare e la brezza della sera dai balconi che girano tutt’intorno alla casa. C’è persino un bagno con balcone che affaccia sul retro. Con la porta-finestra spalancata, sembrava di fare una doccia fra gli alberi. Antonello è un host accogliente e disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a nostro agio. Un piccolo problema di connessione a internet è stato risolto immediatamente. Anche Carmine, la persona che segue gli uliveti, è stato gentilissimo e generoso con noi: ci ha portato l’ attrezzo per cuocere gli arrosticini abruzzesi e ci ha regalato del vino. Grazie per tutte le attenzioni e ottimo il vostro olio!

What a wonderful place to spend your holiday! Only a 5 min walk from the nearest pebble beach and 15 mins from the sandy beach. 3 minutes to the beautiful bike/walk trail along the coast - fantastic also with small kids. Our kids had their bikes with them and loved to speed along this secure track on the coast. We walked into the nearby village of San Vito Chietino daily to buy bread/fish and seafood and of course ice cream. The house has nearly everything you need - if your missing something let Benjamin know and he'll make sure that you get it. It is quite big and we visitied in Autumn so it was not super warm inside. We ate breakfast and dinner mostly outside, as it was nice to sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy the view of the sea. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer which was very helpful, as it did rain and like this we could dry our things. We really enjoyed our holiday here. Benjamin was a very helpful and understanding host. Thank you.

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Siamo stati ospiti di Luisa per trascorrere il capodanno in compagnia di amici. Neanche il tempo di aprire il cancello che la casa dall’esterno ci aveva lasciato a bocca aperta. Non appena entrati ci ha rapito anche il cuore. Salone con vetrate immense, cucina professionale, camere con bagno privato curate nei minimi dettagli…atmosfera da film! Comfort e servizi di tutti i tipi inclusi e di alto livello. Pulizia impeccabile. Note negative? Nessuna. Grazie e sicuramente a presto!!

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz. Raffaele war stets erreichbar und hat uns nicht nur im Vorfeld viele gute Tips wie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zukommen lassen, sondern sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abfahrt Spezialitäten der Gegend sowie kalte Getränke (Wasser, Wein) und Olivenöl vorbei gebracht. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung war persönlich und unkompliziert. Speziell zu erwähnen sind der tolle Strandplatz mit eigenem, sehr grossen, fest installiertem Schirm und 4 Liegen im Strandabschnitt gegenüber (2 Min. zu Fuß), sowie der Privatpool die beide nur zur eigenen Verwendung und kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Handtücher wurden gewechselt und die Wohnung zwischendurch gereinigt! Zur sehr sauberen Wohnung gehören ausserdem 4 Fahrräder mit welchen wir gerne fast jeden Abend die kurze Strecke (20 Min/6 km) nach Pescara gefahren sind. Dort hat man eine schöne Stadt mit Fußgängerzone und Geschäften sowie weitere Restaurants. Kurzum top und Danke an Raffaele!

la location è fantastica, una villa immersa nel verde delle campagne Pescaresi! è un posto da favola ideale per feste o per soggiornare con gruppi di amici o famiglie! Iryna è una persona fantastica, gentile e attenta mettere a proprio agio l'ospite! non vediamo l'ora di ritornare! grazie di tutto

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

Better than the pictures! An amazing property in its own right but also only 10-20 min (driving) from beautiful hilltop towns and beaches with world class pastries, gelato, restaurants. Would absolutely go back.

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. Beh, che dire.. un'esperienza unica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Attenzione ai dettagli, cordialità, puntualità, disponibilità. La casa è bellissima,le camere sono pittoresche,il paesaggio è mozzafiato. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato esattamente ciò che cercavamo: una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della natura. L'alloggio, immerso nel verde, è stato perfetto per noi e per la nostra cagnolina, che ha apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio esterno. Abbiamo amato in particolare la piccola loggia, ideale per colazioni tranquille e serate rilassanti, godendoci l'atmosfera serena e la vista. Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati degli host eccezionali, estremamente accoglienti e disponibili fin dal primo contatto. Ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa e la comunicazione è stata sempre impeccabile. L'alloggio era pulito, piccolo ma confortevole e rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione, fornendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, con la possibilità di fare passeggiate e immergersi completamente nella bellezza del paesaggio marchigiano.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa, con gli amici per trascorrere il capodanno. Gli spazi sono estremamente confortevoli, c’è tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno per vivere in gruppo. Impagabile la vista dal bellissimo patio panoramico tra mari e monti. La zona living con il camino a disposizione e la grande cucina hanno reso il nostro soggiorno come lo avevamo immaginato. Marco ed il suo papà Nino, sono sempre stati a disposizione per aiutarci e risolvere eventuali problematiche di normale amministrazione, con pazienza e gentilezza. Consiglio vivamente di trascorrere un soggiorno qui anche in estate. Nei dintorni e’possibile visitare dei deliziosi borghi come Colonnella dove vale la pena provare un pranzo o una cena presso l’osteria P’chior.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. Riccardo had also arranged wine for when we entered the house which was a very kind gesture. We met Laura as well, a very kind and helpful person. All in all, the stay at Villa Vittoria was great - I would definitely recommend this place for families/groups of friends, and I hope to come back again!

Merci pour l’accueil, votre villa est encore mieux que sur les photos et nous n’avions jamais vu une piscine privée aussi grande !! Le rapport qualité prix vaut vraiment le coup!! Petit plus, un nettoyeur fort sympathique, Massimo, vient tous les 2-3 jours pour faire en sorte que la piscine soit parfaitement propre: Génial !!! Nous avons passé un super séjours, encore merci Gianluigi!!!

De woning is meer dan geweldig! Qua hygiëne beste tot nu toe. Maar ook de ligging, faciliteiten en inrichting meer dan we hadden gehoopt. De twee badkamers en het zwembad pure luxe. Eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en qua communicatie top. Bij aankomst een mooi pakketje met lekkere dingen en fles wijn en bij afscheid nogmaals verrast met een afscheidscadeau. Ongelooflijk lief. Een vakantie om niet te vergeten.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura per una settimana sentendoci come a casa. La villetta è stupenda, posizionata in modo strategico ci ha permesso di avere il massimo della privacy e allo stesso tempo di accedere ai servizi in modo facile. Abitanti di Santa Vittoria, cordiali, molto bravi e professionali. La piscina un plus indispensabile per rendere completo questo angolo di paradiso.
