Beautiful. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

The house is very spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay in Penne. The location is very good and the view from the top balcony is lovely. In advance, we received a very good and detailed description of the place and recommendations for restaurants and other things in the immediate area. This place can really be recommended.

We stayed with Giulia and Angelo in their penthouse for two weeks. Easy to get to with street parking right in front of the house. On foot,in 5 minutes you can reach the seafront and then the beach. The area is super quiet both day and night. Just minutes away are an oven,pizzeria, self laundry, Tigre hypermarket, grocery store. The apartment reflects the listing, cleanliness and impeccable order. Giulia and Angelo welcomed us in the late evening and were always available and considerate for our every request...fantastic! By Roseto I can say that it is an ideal destination for families with children and lots of relaxation! Thank you guys! See you soon! :)

Antonio was really super nice to us in everything, from check-in to check-out. He also supported us with tips to make the most of our vacation. More than once he came to see us to ask us how it was going. Very characteristic and well furnished house.

Beautiful retreat near Ortona. Big accessible yard with pool in beautiful at the end of a short private road. Andrea was very friendly from our arrival to our departure, he upgraded us to a bigger accommodation since we were the only guests. Our children play the yard using the soccer balls and nets made available. Easy drive to Ortona and near beaches. I would recommend this quiet little paradise to anyone visiting Ortona.

Very nice apartment. Even more than the photos. It really feels like being at Grandma's house. Clean and well-kept accommodation, close to the sea and with a fifteen-minute walk you find yourself in the center. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area where the house is located is very quiet, but in a few minutes you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, newsstands, etc. Domenico is an impeccable host! Mimi’s House was so well located, and so easy to walk to both the beach and the town centre. It was perfect for our needs- spacious, easy to get around in a wheelchair, clean and with a beautiful outdoor area. Barbara was a great host- very responsive, friendly and made check in easy with clear instructions and by meeting us at the property. Thank you Barbara for a wonderful stay!

Gianluca has extensively renovated the apartment, there are new windows in all rooms, the bathroom is new and beautifully furnished, most of the furniture is also new. Basic food is available, plus plenty of coffee and breakfast accessories. Gianluca recommended good restaurants and also some information about the area in the apartment.

what a gem! we loved how private and peaceful it is! the host is super friendly and responsive small things: it smelled a lot like mold/humidity when we arrived, but after keeping the door open, the smell went away you'll need a car to get to the city/beach shame there's only 1 sunbed BUT those are tiny things, don't hesitate to come here, you won't regret

We had a fabulous 4 days, the house is beachfront and is wonderful, very clean and recently renovated. A fantastic terrace overlooking the waterfront. Highly recommended, in fact, we will definitely be back!

My first solo trip to Abruzzo, but surely not the last! Fabrizio is very friendly and available throughout the stay. His apartment is well located in a quiet area but close to the sea and the mountains. I felt safe in her home and spent pleasant evenings on the beautiful terrace. Very pretty little village with a nice little cafe on the pretty little square. Everything was clean and nothing was missing for a pleasant stay. Great value for money. Very good advice from Fabrizio to buy wine from a village producer. Go there with your eyes closed. Visit Abruzzo, it's a beautiful area.

Lovely place, just what we were looking for and a great price.

Beautiful apartment a stone's throw from the sea. Located in the center between the sea and the city. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, clean and tidy. Equipped with everything you need with a lovely garden that surrounds it. The host Elia is very kind, attentive to the needs of guests. We had a great time, super recommended!

We spent 12 wonderful days in Conni and Christian's apartment! House, garden and pool: everything as described and in the photos, picobello. Towels, bed sheets, kitchen equipment, … are sufficiently available. The Pool and Garden are a dream. The mosquitoes are of course annoying but unfortunately unavoidable. However, incense coils and citronella candles provided a remedy, so we could also enjoy the evenings outside. Window grilles in the bedrooms ensure quiet nights without stings. Location: About 3 km from the nearest town of Petritoli, very quiet. You definitely need a car. In Petritoli, there is everything for everyday needs, even out of season. Also a nice restaurant and a good pizzeria. The nearest beach to Pedaso is 18 km, about 20 minutes' drive. Tip for navigating: arrive via Valmir and Petritoli, the roads are better and not so curvy, even if the route is 3 minutes longer. We would love to come back! Thank you!

Spacious and airy house, in the countryside and in silence, very clean, with everything you need to relax. Also under the porch, in front of the olive trees. Great context - everything is very nice - but what matters most is the welcome of the landlord, Lino, who treats his guests as part of his family. I recommend the cottage and this corner of Abruzzo, the kindness of people, the beautiful sea. Go around random and be surprised, it's worth it

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. The owner and caretakers were easy to deal with and had great communication. We loved our stay and hope to be back. The house was amazing and the entire Australian downhill skateboarding team felt at home during our stay. The area is incredible and the views are breathtaking. The building is located in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the municipal villa and the Belvedere di San Michele. The center of Vasto, full of monuments, shops, and clubs, is easily accessible on foot, by car, or by bus. Vasto is a city that deserves to be visited for its historical and artistic heritage, as well as for the sea: the Trabocchi Coast is one of the most beautiful coastlines in Italy. The apartment looks as described, with airy and bright rooms, comfortable beds, new furniture and impeccable cleanliness. Inside, there is everything you need to spend your stay peacefully. Annalisa is a kind and helpful host, always ready to welcome her guests with a smile. A beautiful villa in an oasis of peace Highly recommended for family travel, it has all the amenities for even the youngest children. Elisabeth and her husband were very kind and friendly in welcoming us and giving us valuable advice. Large and very clean rooms. Absolutely recommended

My mom and I stayed at Chez Nous while we were traveling through Abruzzo and loved our stay! L’Aquila is truly a gem and not to be missed. Chez Nous was the perfect home base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Enrichetta met us at check in to show us the parking garage and provided local recommendations, especially for Celiac-friendly restaurants. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops featuring local products of Abruzzo within walking distance. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Basilica of San Bernadino and many other historical sites. It was remarkable to see the resilience of the city after the earthquake and see the rebuilding efforts. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully designed and very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the selection of art books about L’Aquila and Abruzzo and wished we had more time to peruse the collection! Amazing stay and we can’t wait to return!

Very nice apartment,every comfort present:air conditioning channelled in each room,balcony with automatic and motorized solar curtains, waffle coffee maker,dishwasher, comfortable bed. New decor, fast wifi, and Smart TV. The house was found clean and tidy,perfumers around the house and building. very comfortable sink on the balcony to rinse the costumes. Distance from the sea 10 min walk and close to the apartment,less than a km away,a Conad supermarket and other convenient shops. There are bicycles available to reach the center and the beach. Private parking inside the courtyard protected by the gate. Recommended for a great stay at reasonable prices

We stayed in this house at the end of July 2023. The house was well maintained and beautiful. The landlady was always friendly and helpful. Parking spaces were included and great. The house was fully equipped. we are as a family and for 7 two dogs were allowed to move freely. the dogs were allowed to move freely. only shortcoming that there were no air conditioners. so it was not so easy to sleep at night. however we give our best review. we highly recommend this! thanks for the great stay.
