Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

Perfectly located for a little get away with a great balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains! A wonderful spot to spend a few days.

2eme séjour à castel del monte. c'est toujours un émerveillement, les paysages sont somptueux. Le village est typique et magnifique. Le logement de fabrizio est une pépite, fidèle à la description, très propre, rien ne manque, très très bien équipé, produits, ustensiles, grille pain vaisselle, linges, télé, chauffé.... cette habitation est imprégnée d'histoire. ouvrir la fenêtre sur les paysages est un délice. nous reviendrons encore et encore...

appartamento ristrutturato con letti comodi e decisamente pulito. Loredana è stata sempre presente a qualsiasi mia richiesta ed è stata estremamente gentile. lo consiglio per una breve vacanza come punto di partenza per varie escursioni nella zona.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Das Haus von Loredana liegt ruhig ohne Autoverkehr im kleinen Ort Spoltore, unterhalb von einem kleinem Platz und mit großartiger Terrasse. Ausblick auch auf die Berge. Ortsmitte in wenigen Minuten mit Bar, Pizzeria und Bäckerei und weiters auch netter Supermarkt zu erreichen. Das Ort ist für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub perfekt. Sehr sympathisch mit Möbeln zum alten Haus ausgestattet, aber mit allen modernen Notwendigkeiten wie guter Gasherd, großer Fernseher und leiser Klimaanlage. Loredana hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns vorallem bei der Suche nach einem Arzt sehr geholfen. Das kostenlose Parken oberhalb des Hauses mit wenigen Treppen ist problemlos. Wir haben die Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit des Ortes und des Hauses 14 Tage genossen.

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

Geweldige locatie in een fantastische Tiny house. Tamara en Albert erg zijn erg vriendelijk. Zeer sfeervolle inrichting. Uitzicht is prachtig en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Bert & Claudy .

Soggiorno a dir poco fantastico, un posto incantevole dove potersi rilassare e bere dell’ottimo vino con un bellissimo panorama, per non parlare della magnifica piscina con vista. Appartamento come da descrizione, super attrezzato. Gli host sono sempre gentili e disponibili, Luca e Paola ti fanno sentire a casa, davvero preparati e appassionati in ciò che fanno, è grazie a persone come voi se si può gustare dell’ ottimo vino! Vi ringraziamo per i bellissimi giorni passati da voi!! Torneremo a trovarvi presto

We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

Really lovely hosts made to feel like family. Stunning view and lovely pool. Only downside was the walls are quite thin so you get a lot of noise from the flat next door.

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nell’appartamento del Sig. Giancarlo, un vero angolo di paradiso immerso nelle dolci colline teramane. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e disponibilità, e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. La vera protagonista di questa esperienza è stata senza dubbio la pace assoluta che si respira in questo luogo: il silenzio è interrotto solo dai suoni della natura, e ogni mattina ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini e una vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti. È il posto perfetto per chi cerca relax, lontano dal caos cittadino. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ideale anche per esplorare i dintorni, tra borghi caratteristici, percorsi naturalistici e la vicinanza al mare Adriatico. Vi har haft förmånen att bo i Dinos lägenhet. Jag upplever boendet som hemtrevligt och välkomnande, allt var rent och ordningsamt och hade allt det vi behövde för våra dagar i lägenheten. Dino var en enastående värd i allt från de initiala instruktionerna hur man tog sig, var man hittar parkeringen osv, tills dess vi lämnade lägenheten. Han var nåbar väldigt snabbt vid frågor. Han erbjöd oss dessutom att att låna cyklar så vi kunde bege långt en bra bit söderut utmed strandpromenaden. Jag skulle gärna återkomma igen.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte. Appartamento in posizione comoda, nuovo, confortevole e pulito. Torneremmo molto volentieri.

Casa Bianca was spectacular! Waking up to the snow-capped Mountain View with the (Adriatic) sea in the distance was tranquil! Jennifer was a great hostess; many thanks to her and Fiore!! The trip was magical. The home in Penne was easily accessible to so many other beautiful villages as well. I can’t wait to come back (with a smaller car :-).

Appartamento ristrutturato e pulitissimo, in un’antica villa panoramica con un grande giardino intorno, molto curato. L’appartamento ha anche un bel terrazzo e un comodo parcheggio per l’auto, in un cortile con cancello automatico. Il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso, alle porte di un piccolo borgo, ottimo per rilassarsi e sentirsi in vacanza. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e gentile, e ci ha anche dato utili indicazioni sui dintorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ideaal verblijf voor mensen die houden van rust, stilte en natuur. Privacy is helemaal gegarandeerd. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn vriendelijke en correcte mensen. De prijs komt overeen met wat je krijgt. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Mijn vrouw en ik hadden het hier erg naar onze zin. Nogmaals dank aan de familie Blaas.

Nove amici che non si vedevano da anni che hanno potuto godere del poco tempo insieme in uno spazio bellissimo, confortevole, dotato di tutti i comfort. La casa è pulita e ordinata (al punto da avere armadi con ripiani etichettati con vari accessori), ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo momento. Francesca, la host, gentile e disponibile. Durante il nostro soggiorno ha nevicato tantissimo e Francesca si è premurata di sapere come stavamo e ha fatto di tutto per permetterci di essere sereni e goderci il posto magico dove eravamo. Un'esperienza bellissima.
