Three rooms offer great comfort and high-quality furniture with 2 new bathrooms , a new fully equipped kitchen, bed sheets, towels, appliances, internet, great mattresses & a Smart-TV. From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a residential unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom (shower/toilet), a single kitchen and a small, silent refrigerator (36 liters) that is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, in a niche, is the third sleeping option. A covered seating area is available to you on the east side. The small, hairless Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.
