110-square-meter apartment with two bedrooms surrounded by greenery but within walking distance of the center of Chieti Scalo and commercial premises, universities, and we are only 10 minutes from the sea. We offer our guests everything they need for a relaxing stay, from the kitchen to the toilets. 42-inch LED TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, 3 air conditioners (one per room) in the summer months, and outdoor space where you can eat. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
