Oroño and Pichincha (culinary and entertainment hub). 250 meters from the river, 100 meters from a pharmacy, supermarket, 5 mini-market, ice cream parlor, laundry, everything you need. Covered parking on the same block for a fee. Free on the street after 8 pm and 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

We stayed in this apartment and the experience was excellent. The location is very good, in a very quiet area and with easy access to everything. The apartment is perfect for two people, it is impeccable, tidy and very functional. The view from the balcony is simply spectacular, with an incredible panoramic view of the city and the river. In addition, I want to highlight Esteban's kindness, who was super attentive and was always in contact with us, making sure that our stay was perfect. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Front loft with garage and pool

The apartment is very comfortable for 1 or 2 people. I used the pool and gym. But the best part of all, it's the mattress. How well I rested! Francisco is very busy and attentive. He recommended places to eat and always available. I'll definitely be back.
