The apartment is cleaned with extra precautions and sanitized thoroughly. 50 m2 apartment with green view, with balcony, in the heart of Palermo. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 single sofa bed in the living room. Blackout in bedroom and living room. It has a safe. Excellent shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi Internet, it has 2 TVs: a 42" in the living room and another 32" in the room with Netflix, 2 air conditioners, heating, microwave, toaster, 1 large refrigerator, coffee maker and electric water heater, extendable clothesline for drying clothes, iron and ironing board. The apartment was renovated in May 2016, including new floors, a new high-quality mattress, and linens. In December 2016 a new electric kitchen was installed.
