We recently added this new recycled apartment to enjoy a stylish experience in a central area, a few meters from beautiful tourist spots in Rosario such as the waterfront on the Parana River, the monument to the flag, the pedestrian commercial or bar/restaurant area. Great for enjoying a beautiful stay.

IMPORTANT: The apartment is on the second floor, only access by stairs. The queen bed is 1.45 meters wide. We'll be happy to welcome you.

Excellent brand new studio. Very bright and fully equipped with everything brand new. Privileged location 2 blocks from the city's main avenues (Oroño and Pellegrini). Meters from Independencia Park, the main green lung. 10 blocks from Pichincha, a bar and brewery area. Very close to the women's health center and the best clinics and diagnostic centers. Really close to everything!

Formidable! I'll be back every time I visit Rosario. Renata's apartment is located in Puerto Norte, the best area of the city by far. A modern, practical apartment with all the amenities (including a fixed garage in the basement, which in Rosario is a plus!). Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and the river at your feet. 100000% recommended.
