Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser großartigen Wohnung! Sie ist modern, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch – direkt an einer kostenfreien Bushaltestelle mit direktem Zugang zum Skigebiet und einem tollen Busfahrplan. Die Küche ist brandneu, sehr sauber und mit einer Vielzahl von Küchenutensilien und Geschirr versehen. Auch an Reinigungsmitteln mangelt es nicht, was bei unserem dreitägigen Aufenthalt sehr praktisch war. Ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir: Ein neuer Staubsauger wäre hilfreich, da der vorhandene nicht ganz einwandfrei funktionierte. Zudem wären ein paar zusätzliche Brettspiele für die Gäste eine schöne Ergänzung. Insgesamt können wir diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen – ideal für alle, die eine schöne Zeit verbringen möchten!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Barbara and Rolando’s beautiful rustico in Val Bavona. The house is full of charm, thoughtfully restored, and perfectly situated in one of the most stunning and peaceful valleys we’ve ever visited. Barbara and Roland were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love and care into the place—it has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. If you’re looking for a quiet escape in nature with breathtaking scenery all around, this is the perfect spot. We hope to return someday!

Judith und Hans waren immer erreichbar und gaben stets schnell Auskunft. Die Kommunikation verlief somit schnell und umkompliziert. Es wurde bei der Ankunft auch nachgefragt, ob alles gut sei. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es hat alles, was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum - dafür nimmt man auch den Weg dorthin (steilere Treppen) in Kauf ;-) Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank! A presto!

Die Unterkunft ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es handelt sich um ein aussergewöhnlich geschmack- und stilvoll renoviertes und eingerichtetes traditionelles Haus. Die schöne Küche ist vollständig und mit hochwertigen Küchenutensilien und ebensolchen Maschinen ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

We hebben nog nooit een appartement gehuurd dat zo compleet was qua inrichting en spullen. De keuken was echt van alles voorzien, echt fantastisch. Alles was gloednieuw of zag er gloednieuw uit. Matteo was zeer behulpzaam en reageerde razendsnel. We hadden een autogarage nodig vanwege een lekke band. Binnen 5 minuten had Mateo gereageerd en geregeld dat we in de buurt terecht konden bij een garage. Daar werden we direct geholpen toen we Matteo's naam noemden. Geweldig appartement en een geweldige host!

Très bel appartement très bien équipé et chaleureux. L’hôtesse est très accueillante et réactive. Le village de Realp en soit n’est pas le plus beau mais depuis l’appartement on ne le remarque pas et on se trouve littéralement au bord de la piste de ski de fond et avec de nombreuses possibilités de ski de randonnée.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while travelling around the lakes for our honeymoon. The check in was simple, and upon arrival we were blown away by the view. Wow! We arrived on a glorious day and couldn’t wait to get into the lake and lie in the sun. Inside, the house was just as described and equally as beautiful. We were greeted by a fresh arrangements of flowers and a wonderfully stocked fridge which was again perfect after a long day travelling. We walked into the town on a couple of occasions and drove to Lecco on another. All easy and straight forward. We didn’t use the sauna, but it looked clean and easy to use. On our second morning we were treated to fresh croissants left by our car, which were delicious. Especially as lots of places were closed for the bank holiday Monday (republic day). Cinzia’s place was absolutely stunning and did not disappoint us.
