The spacious apartment (150 m2) has floor to ceiling windows in every room, an open plan custom designed kitchen, a large terrace overlooking the lake and two parking spaces. It also offers a lift and is fully wheelchair accessible. Ascona, lake access and shopping facilities are a short 10 min car ride away.

Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport, as are the markets in Italy. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the small studio for one person only.
