house for 4 people, electric gate, large fenced courtyard, easy access, 300 m from bike paths and forest, 10 min from beaches, 1.5 km from city center, port, market, supermarket, restaurants. For your information, I have another rental for 6 people, seashells and wood and rubbed, and another, dunes and tides. The 2 are independent. I do not charge a cleaning fee because I hand over the property clean and I would like to receive it back in the same condition. The address is 90, which appears on the map for the 3 accommodations.

Completely renovated house, located on a very quiet street 500 m from the sea and the city center. In season, shops and entertainment, night market on Sunday nights, funfair in the summer. 500 m from the daily market and the Casino. Garden including private outdoor area, a terrace overlooking the pine trees and one on the side in the shade. Stairs outside. Linens/towels are not provided. The cleaning fee is optional: 40 euro to be paid on-site or to be carried out carefully.

Isabelle is an ideal host, with very quick responses. The house is in a great location. The daily market made us happy, we were never disturbed by noise in the morning. The pool is great, we fully enjoyed the garden and ping pong table. The house is large, very well equipped, we felt comfortable, the house is warm and so well located. Our 2 cars were safe in the garden driveway and in front of the house. Thanks again and see you soon.

We had a pleasant stay at Bertrand's. Quiet accommodation, a beautiful exterior 10 min from the beach and entertainment in Ronce les Bains. Spacious, clean apartment, 2 beautiful bedrooms with storage. And everything you need in the kitchen. I would add that Bertrand is very available and nice.

Very nice and especially quiet little house. The house is well arranged and equipped. Close to shops, you can do everything on foot. The beach by bike through the forest is great! Sophie is a great host, good tips on restaurants and where to shop. Very good hospitality and very responsive we have known Ronce les Bains for a long time and love to come back from time to time. 1st time at Sophie's... to be repeated!
