A stone's throw from the Cathedral, College, buzzy high street and water meadows, it's the perfect base to explore everything Winchester and the surrounding area has to offer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, meaning it's as suitable for two couples as it is for a romantic city break or four friends. One on-street parking permit is available, while the train station is a short walk away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. The Nook at Hillbrow

The Nook is a stylish, cosy, homely annexe with peaceful views over the countryside where you often see Roe Deer, Rabbits, Foxes and Birds of Prey. Located close to the historic town of Romsey, the incredible Fishlake Meadows nature reserve, the beautiful New Forest National Park, Peppa Pig World, Sir Harrold Hillier Gardens as well as many other family attractions. Beautiful beaches are only a 30 minute drive away, and a good selection of pubs and restaurants only a 5 minute drive away.

Cosy comfortable cottage

No4, Railway Cottage was originally home to the local railway workers and now offers cosy comfortable accommodation, with lovely views across open fields and a wonderful private, sunny garden for lazy afternoons and al fresco dining. The garden is a particular attraction, providing various areas for relaxing, including a small fruit orchard, part of which is kept as a wildflower meadow. The cottage is primarily set up for 4 guests but possible to sleep 6 by using sofa-bed in dining room.

Abbey Water Rooms, in the heart of Romsey, overlooks a tributary of the River Test and has views towards Romsey Abbey. Shops, cafes and local attractions are within 2 minutes walk. In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.
