The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

Gavin was really responsive to any queries we had and flexible with the check-in, which are qualities that really stand out in a host as anyone travelling with 2 toddlers can appreciate !

We had a great weekend. The house was spacious and the outside area and pool table were very nice extras. It was very hot when we arrived and the complimentary beers were very well received. The bedrooms were large and airy and the shower had a constant supply of hot water. The location was perfect for our family reunion in Fair-oak woods and visit to Marwell Zoo the next day. We had 2 parking spaces and Ian was extremely prompt in answering any queries we had All in all a very good house and very good value. We would happily recommend this air b&b.

Extremely peaceful and private location. The property is really nicely decorated with a massive comfy bed. Annie the host was really friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

Just had a wonderful few days stay at Jayne’s. We felt relaxed immediately and were very impressed with the little touches to make us feel at home. We wanted to explore the New Forest and have some days out at different beaches and the location was perfect, we could get to some lovely beaches within half an hour. Jayne was very helpful with recommendations for local walks and walks within a short drive - Bolderwood was amazing, we loved watching the deer from the viewing gallery. The drive back through the New Forest was stunning and looking at the horses was so calming. We’ve definitely come back very chilled, which is what we wanted. Will definitely return! We loved our short stay here. There was plenty of space for our spaniel to run around in the beautiful orchard and lots of local walks. We chose to follow a map that was in one of the handbooks and subsequently had a great day out. There are lots of pubs within a short driving distance and the surrounding towns and villages are picture perfect. We would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet walking break.

We had a wonderful stay at The Barn to celebrate two special family birthdays. It was even better than the photos, which is not always the case, and provided an extremely comfortable and open space to relax in, and great outdoor area. It definitely had the 'wow factor' for us and we couldn't believe our luck when we arrived. Really nicely furnished and a very well equipped kitchen, along with three immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms. Having a separate TV room was a bonus and made made the main area much more sociable. Charlie and Ali were friendly and helpful during our stay. We all had a great time, and so did Wilf (the dog), and can absolutely recommend staying here. We would love to visit again at some point in the future. Thanks very much for a happy and memorable stay.

Amazing. From initial contact ahead of the stay, through to a proactive message ahead of arriving to ensure we felt comfortable / knew who to contact if we had any issues (we had none) , Penny was fantastic. The property is of a great standard, welcoming, private, well equipped and a perfect space for a quiet get away. I travelled with a friend but in separate cars, both mid size SUV - plenty of space to park on the drive. The breakfast cereals, milk, bread and jam were a lovely touch, as were the plentiful board games. We didn’t use the shared garden area, but, as per the rest of the property, this looked beautiful and a nice space to relax at the end of the day. Bottom line the whole experience was exceptional. 5 stars (and more if we could) Highly recommended.

My stay at Ellerslie Lodge Annexe was absolutely lovely. Nestled on the gentle slopes of Portsdown Hill, the annexe strikes the perfect balance between a peaceful countryside escape and proximity to amenities . The space itself was impeccably cleaned and thoughtfully appointed—comfortable, private, and ideal for both relaxation and productivity. Whether you're winding down after a long day or setting up a workspace, the annexe delivers on all counts . Communication with the host was smooth and professional. Check-in instructions were clear, and I felt well-supported without feeling intruded upon—exactly what you want in a self-check-in setup. Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Last minute booking for myself and daughter to go riding at stables in local area. Perfect location surrounded by owners and guests horses. We even saw badgers in the field from kitchen window. And wonderful to wake up to views of horses. As stated by previous guests, flat is dated but more than made up by fact it is spotlessly clean and the double bed was extremely comfortable. Only slight downside if a couple are using double bed was that it can only be accessed from one side which wasn’t clear in photos. Sadly didn’t get to meet Helen but hopefully we’ll be able to come back again in future. Thank you for a lovely all too short stay.

My two dogs and I had a lovely stay. It was peaceful and a great place to stay after our long flight over from Canada.

Lovely space to relax in and in a beautiful area. Very clean and had everything you needed. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

River View was an amazing place to stay. It was private and peaceful with beautiful gardens at the back of the property. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy this as it was raining. The property matched the description on the website and was very comfortable and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing to stay near Salisbury and would love to return again.

1 Spire View was a fantastic apartment - spotlessly clean with every possible amenity. It was ideally situated for walking in the New Forest without having to drive, as well as being only a short distance to Portsmouth, (Spinnaker Tower & D-Day Museum & Tapestry) Exbury Gardens, & Winchester Cathedral - all recommended. Angela always responded promptly to any questions we had both before our arrival & whilst we were there. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!

Lovely stay at Kathryn's flat. Myself and my two small boys spent 2 days here over half term and we had an amazing time. We found parking directly outside, we didn't need to move the car for our whole stay, everything was walking distance. Beach, restraunts, Pier, parks, cinema etc. The flat had all the amenities we needed and it was like a home away from home. I will be sure ti book again next year! Sash
