They are set in beautiful Kent countryside down a farm lane, but still within a short 0.5 mile walk of the historic town of Tenterden. Each property has a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan sitting and eating area. The properties are both new conversions and are built to modern building safety regulations. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Spacious barn conversion with views of the countryside. The Barn is an ideal location to use as a base for visiting the many places of interest or for a relaxing holiday. There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

The Lodge

1300 sq. ft of spacious, modern accommodation situated half an hour from J 10 on the M20, and half-way between Tenterden and Rye. It's a short drive to the great Camber Sands Beach. 40 minutes or so from the Eurotunnel - we have often gone to Paris for lunch!! Lots to do in the area - Kentish vineyards, National Trust and English Heritage properties, a real steam railway a few miles away, a leisure centre, beauty spas, local museum, McArthur Glen Outlet in Ashford and lots more.
