Typická krkonošská roubenka obohacená o wellness (koupací sud s vířivkou, infrasauna) si po rekonstrukci zachovala původní horské kouzlo, ale přitom splňuje všechny požadavky běžného komfortu dnešních dní. Nachází se kousek od lesa a protékající řeky Jizery, nedaleko ski areálů (v Rokytnici n. Jizerou, Harrachov, ...). Když jsme na chalupě, užíváme si výlety do okolí (Jizerka, Harrachov a spousta dalších míst - mapy a letáčky v chalupě).

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Apartmány se nachází v nově přestavěném domě v Rokytnici nad Jizerou a to v klidné části zvané Berlín. Odtud je to pěšky kousek do přírody, na hřiště, do obchodu, restaurace, i na zastávku autobusu. V domě a na zahradě stále probíhají úpravy. K dispozici jsou zatím dva ze tří apartmánů.
