It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Welcome to the university & festival city of Bayreuth, We would like to rent out our lovingly prepared first floor apartment in a quiet semi-detached house from time to time. The furnished apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the Hedwig Church and you can reach the city center on foot in 10 minutes. Our new city beach on Lake Röhrensee is also a few minutes away. Feel free to use our bicycles, but you should bring your own bike lock.

Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
