We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay with Maria and Andi was very nice - everything was very clean and cozy. For three people, it is quite small (one room + bathroom), but Maria had also communicated that to us beforehand and for us it was still completely sufficient. We felt very comfortable and had a nice time :) You can easily get to the city without a car, either by bus or on foot (about 25 min). All around successful!

Very nice and especially family-friendly accommodation. The apartment was very clean and corresponded to the descriptions. We were in the apartment with two families (3 children, 2-8 years). The outdoor area with pool was great and also great for the kids. The direct location on the railway tracks with regular train and freight traffic (even at night) was not disturbing for us. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-maintained house. After the vacation, our son probably first talked about the apartment, which he liked so much, in kindergarten. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time if needed. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Baker, butcher and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around Lake Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian Alpine foothills up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easily accessible and were there to help. Her friendly manner made the stay even more enjoyable. We'd love to come back!

Great accommodation in a quiet environment with the best connection to nearby highlights. Hartmut is a great host. Anytime again.

The apartment met our expectations 100%. Even exceeded, there was a new coffee machine and the balcony overlooking the Kampenwand was simply wonderful. Fantastic surroundings with plenty of opportunities for beautiful activities. Lake Chiemsee is great, in good weather there are many swimming areas. We recommend the beach bar in Übersee. Bavarian tavern culture is available everywhere and delicious and always super friendly staff even when the place is buzzing. We recommend the Hirzinger (Alte Post). However, you are already dependent on the car to be able to explore as much as possible. For the programming of TV and channels, you could possibly provide a handout (for bad weather days). All in all, we had a great vacation and were overwhelmed by the mountains (as northern lights)

Had a great stay. Got offered to park inside the garage. Followed the recommendations for things to see in the area and had a blast! Will return.

Very nice apartment located in a quiet area. There are shops, a bus stop nearby. The station is a 15-minute walk, or by bus is also 15 minutes. We really liked this place, I can recommend it. Anja and family to be very welcoming.

Beautiful accommodation in a very nice environment. Christian was incredibly helpful and was able to give us good tips for the area. We were there with our three-year-old child and we can recommend that too. The accommodation is very child-friendly.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

Lovely place in an idyllic location. The room was spacious and bright, with a balcony. Very reasonably priced offer. Only restriction: somewhat remote; you are car-dependent. This takes you to Bad Endorf or Lake Sims in a few minutes.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious and modern underground parking, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner – thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay, 2 of us with a dog, in the apartment of Sabine and her family, who are totally friendly and warm. The apartment is bright, modern, clean and has a wonderful balcony where you could spend the whole day. We felt very comfortable and really well taken care of, almost like at home. Everything you need is available in the apartment and we lacked nothing. The location is great too. Shopping, restaurants and ice cream parlors are within walking distance and you can just as quickly be in the countryside and on the Prien. By car, you can reach Lake Chiemsee in 15 minutes and Munich or Salzburg in 1 hour for a stroll or to the most beautiful places in the mountains. There is so much to see here, you would have to stay much longer than a week to see everything. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the apartment for a relaxing vacation. When we came to the apartment, we were very surprised how big this apartment is. Everything was super nice and cozy and nothing was missing. Neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. The area itself is also super nice. You live, so to speak, between the fields. Lake Chiemsee is only 20 minutes away by car. There is a super nice and delicious Italian within 10 minutes' walking distance. The communication with Madlen was also great. She responded quickly to questions and the like and immediately proposed a solution. We highly recommend this apartment and would have loved to have stayed there longer!

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

Everything was great, the apartment was very nice and is located on the outskirts. It is quiet and you have many opportunities to walk

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
